All,
My sister and I went shooting recently, both with our P365s. She realized she was shooting better with it than with her Glock 19. She spent some time thinking on the issue, and came to the conclusion that it was the difference in sights. Specifically, the 365 night sights gave a more comprehensible and usable sight picture than the crap Glock sights. So she's interested in finding Glock sights that will be as exact a match as possible. Does anyone have any advice for her? Aside from "throw away the Glock!", which I've already told her countless times.

The Ameriglo Spartan Operator sights are the closest I have found...

You can get them for somewhere around $99 most places.

These came factory installed on my 43X...

I happen to prefer the Orange/Green, but you can get them Green/Green...

Aren’t the 365 XRay 3 sights made by Truglo? My front sight has TG H3 printed on the side. There are Truglo’s for Sig on the Truglo website that have TG H3 on the top of the front sight.
Possibly she could look into Truglo’s for Glock 19.

I've gotten 3 Glocks this year with the Ameriglo factory Bold sights. They are great.

Her next question is whether she can get the combat-sight picture (where the POI is smack in the middle of the front sight circle) on her Glock. Any thoughts there?
