For that situation, I like either the RCS Perun or, in leather, a Mitch Rosen Upper Limit. I've used both for multiple pistols, AOWB under a button front shirt. Here's a pic of the MR, with my HK P30SK EDC. The Upper Limit is a very high riding straight drop OWB holster. I found it easy to slide around on the belt as needed. More centerline for walking the dog, and more towards strong side driving the truck, or sitting down to dinner, that sort of thing.

P30SK LEM V1 in MR Upper Limit, Cuban Brown. I was showing mag versatility of the HK at the time; 15 round VP9 mag with an X grip, 13 USPc mag, also X grip, 10 round pinky and flat mags.

I found the Perun is lighter, and the draw is slightly less draggy than leather. It's also ambi, and has the brackets included that make it adjustable for cant, either +10, 0 or -10. Plus built-in sweat guards on either side, useful if you have stabby rear sights like Trijicon HDs.

Concealment is identical. You still have to watch out for windy days, as sometimes you can show some of the gun if your shirt tails blow up. I also liked pattern shirts for this reason, they tended to visually break up the pistol grip outline better than solid colors. The UL did tuck the gun on my waist, though, same as the Perun. I think they are both good options.

DeSantis for the 365...Mitch Rosen for the XL...Excellent holsters...the DeSantis is a bit lighter.

Wright Leather Works, Marshal model. Not cheap and takes weeks to be delivered. Lots of craftsman's ship and will last as long as the pistol. Also check out Andrews Leather Store, all handmade and he may have a few in stock. If you're interested in a shoulder rig look at the Monarch.

Yeah- I am also looking for a leather OWB for my P365.
I have been using a kydex IWB since I got these guns....and covering with a dark tee shirt. But now that cooler weather is on the way....and I have decided to carry the P365 everywhere I go- (either 380 or 9mm). I need a good OWB leather holster.
Y'all keep throwing out suggestions....I'm looking at them.

Dartor asked: You have had no issues with this company? Do you have one of their holsters? -

I have no issues whatsoever with the company. What I do have is actual experience dealing with the company. I have two of their holsters; one for a S&W M&P 2.0c .40 S&W and one for my Sig P365-380. I find the company promptly responds to my questions and their products to be an excellent value.

I use the Cobra OWB from Concealment Solutions! It's a Kydex though, i prefer kydex over leather.

I shipped my slide to Sig to have sights replaced and have been back to carrying my G26, sure miss the P365. I now really appreciate how comfortable carrying the P365 is and not sure if I need an owb holster now. I really do like the looks of leather owb holsters and want one for conceal carry but.......do I really need one?

A hell of a lot cheaper to collect holsters than it is firearms?

The Kramer horsehide pancake is an excellent choice..I lucked into an available holster when I ordered mine and received it within a week but they post a much longer wait time on their web site. If you can wait you can eventually order during a sale and save 20% (iirc)..

Shown here with the 1 1/4" Bigfoot gun belt, which pairs well with the smaller pistol. I've since swapped to a Wilson Combat grip module and the fit is the same.
