Someone had posted awhile back about minor differences in the trigger bar and my searchfu isn't finding it.

Something about a radiused edge on the trigger bar where the trigger spring is.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?

YES!-- On my early 320C the trigger spring was catching on the lower rear corner of the trigger bar as the trigger was pulled. So I removed the trigger bar & used a file to lightly chamfer the rear lower corner.

When I bought my last 320C-TB I removed the FCU to chamfer the rear corner of the trigger bar like I did on my first one & it was already angled/chamfered from the factory.

When Sig made the change I can't say, or I can't even say if they made the change on all of them.

Easy enough to pull the FCU out & take a look to verify if a chamfer on the rear corner has been done already.
