P320 AXG Classic conversion to 4.7 slide.

If I swap the 3.9" slide assembly with a 4.7" assembly and purchase the longer barrel, do I need anything else? Is the recoil spring the same?

The recoil spring assembly in the 4.7 is longer than that in the 3.9. That's all that you will need.

We’re you able to find a holster to fit the 4.7” barrel?
I don't have any holster for a P320 yet. I'm not carrying it. But I would probably custom order a BlackPoint Tactical like I use for my other SIGs. They can make one for a full size P320 that should work with the AXG.
Here's a pic of a full size 40 slide I put on an AXG frame. No problems at all.

How about the weight difference before and after this conversion?

AXG Classic is 31.3oz. AXG Pro is 35.4 BUT that model has a magwell which adds some weight. Comparing an M17 to an M18, the weight difference is only 1.5 oz.

I am interested partially because of "thehumblemarksman" review of the AXG Pro and his opinion that the longer and heavier "slide/barrel/spring" on the AXG frame is the perfect balance and improves recoil management over the shorter ones.
