I'm pretty sure your subcompact magazines will be too short to fit in your compact module. However, if it were the other way 'round, no problem.

Subcompact magazine holds 12 rounds. Compact holds 15. (longer)

Longer magazine fits in a shorter handle, but not vise versa.

What HoosierDaddy said. Mag compatibility works down but not up in frame size. I can use the 15-rnd compact mags in my sub-compact frame, but can't use the 12-rnd subcompact mags in the compact frame.
