If you are getting a P320 Carry grip for your P250, it will work with the Full Size magazine.
The magazine to use follows the height of the grip.

I just purchased a gen 1 P250 40 caliber that needs a new magazine but I am changing the grip mod to the new style. which mag do I purchase the compact 13 rnd or do I need a full size magazine there isn't one on the Sig. sight that says it is for the carry size.
