P229 rosewood left side grip panel

622 Views 2 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  VA GS
Years ago I came upon a 229 sse locally that was used w/ e2 grips. Once I got around to disassembly/going through contents of box I found two beautiful factory rosewood grip panels - both left panels, no rights.

If anyone has damaged their left rosewood panel or plans ahead for damage that may creep up in the future, this one may be of benefit to you.

There a few small marks on it from moving around a parts bin for years. These are the best pics I can get with my subpar mobile device - sorry.

All I ask is that you shoot me shipping fees and put it to use, or hold it until someone crushes their panel and needs it. Also, if you get a chance, post a photo of your 229 sse so I can reminisce over a lost love.

First "I'll take it" in this thread with a follow up PM is first in line, as always.

Enjoy your weekend.

Well folks. The grip panel is gone.

Moving along to a better home where it can be united with a stainless frame to mate with.

This thread is finished.

Everyone stay safe this weekend.
