LNIB, picking it up from LGS tomorrow.
I've owned 1911s and P220s in the past. I like the 45 ACP round.
My brothers have 227s and 227 SAS, so, I've been able to shoot them quite a bit.
I've wanted a 227 since they came out.

Great gun and I've been carrying my 227 SAS Gen 2 regularly. I haven't shot it in a while so I took it to the range yesterday. I am extremely pleased with its accuracy and reliability. It now has 500 rounds thru it and nary a hiccup. I will say that it likes a 6 o'clock hold. And I am fine with that since I can see what I'm shooting at.

Congrats! I've been trying to find a P227 Tactical but no one seems to have them. I've an ugly feeling that I will join the P227 family with a tacops and get raised sights and a threaded barrel (for my AAC Ti-Rant). Thanks SIG for helping break the bank!
