I’m not sure what a “curved” rail is, can you post pics?

My SureFire X400 G & X400 R have been mounted & swapped around to a few of my P series (220R5 10mm's, P220 22LR,45ACP, 226 22LR,9x19,357Sig,40 S&W, 227 22LR,45ACP) SIGS w/o any issues.
StreamLight & Other imported Chinese accessories,I can/will not comment or own.
Hello Willard. No i am not expecting a return to zero mount/dismount unit. I am just after a unit that stays put when attached!Carl.1, I have stayed out of this conversation, since I didn't meet your "required" experience.
While I don't deal with lasers, I do deal with lights sparingly. As DansSIGs mentions, it's the width of the cross slot, and the width of the "key", used to locate the device, whether a laser, or a light, for stability.
Now if you are referring to a "return to zero", when dismounting your laser, and reinstallation, I'm afraid, most any device will be a failure. While some precision scope mounts and rings can make these claims, an aluminum frame rail, and an aluminum or synthetic device, most likely cannot. Be it a propriety, or picatinny specification rail.
Have you used one with the curved rail? The Streamlight TRL-8 has different adapters for any rail, even Sig included with the light.
