Will these grips (GRIP SET, 220, G-10, BLK, LEGION SAO) fit the P220 Elite SAO 10mm?, and if not, what are my options, if any.

Yes those would work fine but I think you have the larger slide release, that would have to likely change to the legion style which is smaller. I would recommend sending the gun to us for these parts to be installed since it is armorer level installation.
