Finally picked up my P229 Enhanced Elite from my local pawn shop's layaway, and I'm definitely diggin' it! I think $700 out the door, in like-new shape with one mag was pretty decent, definitely looking forward to getting it to the range!

I have this Sig EE in 9mm and 40/357. You will love it. $700 is a very good price. What is the build year?

I don't hate the E2s, but they aren't my favorite, currently debating the black Hogue checkered G10s.

Nice!! Important note: There is no known cure for Sig sickness. Buying more Sigs only
seems to slightly alleviate the symptoms.

Nice catch, at a great price! Is that the case it came in? Is the case Sig branded? Was there an owners manual, or lock?

This has been brought up before, in other threads, but Sig CPO'd several of the ESE 9mm in October 2020, with S/N in the 45A032XXX range.

Prices on them in the November/December 2020 ran around $700 - $750 with 3 Magazines.

Thanks! It didn't include a case or papers, only the gun itself and one mag; the case I have in was just a spare.

That's the exact serial number range that mine is in, it would make sense that was the CPO.

Well, this explains the better than normal pricing. CPO, no box, one mag instead of 3 etc. But….Doesn’t change that it’s an amazing gun and your price was still good all things considered. Let us know how she shoots!

Nice find!

The finish on both the frame and the slide looks like it might be Nitron (overtop the anno in the case of the frame). I have a "Red Box" (Sig refurb'ed) P220 with the same finish. It looks great, since it matches both top and bottom.
