Blackrhino79, in most cases Sig uses a tapered dovetail, that may be why it seemed hard to remove the front, you were squeezing the sights dovetail narrower as you went. In some cases if people install from the wrong side, they will have to use an light duty epoxy or sealant to hold the sight in place.
