I have a brand new s p365x and I received it last week and then after receiving my pistol I bought a holosun 407k x2 which I was totally excited to install! I went through all the diy vids on YouTube and sat down at my bench and could not for the life of me remove the 2 screws from the slide!! I called c/s today which is Monday it’s already on the way to sig via Fed X at no charge to me!! Sigs c/s is amazing. Thanks to sig sauer!!!

Sig's pretty good on customer service. I do know they misdiagnosed bent feed lips on one of my mags, but they're quick and responsive and generally get it right. Good choice to not force the screws, last thing you want to do is strip them. I would support banning Allen screws and going all Torx, all the time.
