It's the trigger lever unhooking from the firing sear and then pushing back up on it but not catching. Not sure of the exact terminology but it's perfectly standard for dry firing.

Hi! I just purchased the gun and havent fired it at the range yet. but i noticed when i dry fired the gun,the back slide push itself up a little. i hope someone can tell me if theres something wrong with it. Thank you!

I have four P320's and they all do the same thing.
It's normal and nothing to worry about.

I dry fired one of the 320's today to check.
Yes it does as you say.
Gun has several thousand rounds with zero failures.
So, not to worry.

You are in for some big time fun borjzilla. The 320 is a great shooter and just a lot of fun.
