I’m a Beretta guy from way back. Below is a pic of my Model 21A (“Bobcat”), in 22LR. Back in the day, these were made in both .22 and .25 acp. While I have a similar .25, it’s an older Model 950b “Jetfire” (no safety).
The current “mouse gun” in .32 acp, is Beretta’s Model 3032 “Tomcat.” It’s much more “clunky” than its little cousin. I recently sold mine, after acquiring two sleek Model 70 “Puma” versions from the 60’s.
I believe that the new iterations of the Tomcat like the ones posted above, are being made only in .22
