NDZ Performance

I use my P365 for USPSA and I'm thinking about getting the NDZ aluminum magazine base plates for my magazines. Is anyone using these? If so, how are they and are there any other base plates I should consider?

I purchased 4 NDZ aluminum magazine base plates (red with my name stenciled on the bottom) for my 10 round magazines for $21.95 each. I received them in the mail 3 days later. They were easy to install and now my 10 round magazines have the same grip surface as my 12 round magazines (NJ only allows 10 round magazines). I'm impressed so far. Will shoot with them this weekend to see how they do.

NDZ 10 round on left, OEM 12 round on right. The length is the same in the front but the NDZ has less length in the back. I don't notice the back difference when I'm holding the gun. The NDZ also has a little lip on the bottom. It is supposed to reduce muzzle flip. I'll shoot it tomorrow and find out.

I just found this place online earlier today while looking for a parts kit. No tax and free shipping. I’ll have to check out their site some more tonight.
I went to the range today and shot using the NDZ equipped 10 round magazine. It handled and shot just like the OEM 12 round magazine. I didn't notice any reduction in muzzle flip from the lip on the bottom of the NDZ base plate. Still very happy with how it worked. I would definitely recommend if you need to shoot in a state with magazine restrictions.
Have the NDZ for my 227 10 and 14 round mags, they work great, downside are that they scuff easy but only when dropped on hard surface. the scratches from gravel is pretty easy to wipe off and polish up.
Not using their base plates but I did get a couple of their striker plates for my P365 and P320. First class outfit.

I bought a gold NDZ plate for my Sig P365 XL. As the previous person commented, super easy to install. My complaint is that once the plate is changed the magazine no longer snaps in. It’s a firm fit but can easily be pulled out without pressing the mag release and may drop out when shooting. I find this unacceptable.
My magazines snap in with the NDZ base pads. When loaded with 10 rounds, it's necessary to smack them in hard to get them to snap in. That's not from the NDZ base pad, though. That's just the nature of the magazines.
