My first Glock was the G23 - .40 S&W in what Glock calls "compact" size. Roughly analogous to the P229. I followed it up with the full-size version, the G22.
Now I bought a Sig P226 in .40 S&W and I'm already looking at the P229.
I'm also exploring the P938 micro-size Sig.

Be vewy-vewy careful, they's addicting. On P229's, I think I'm approaching 8 or 9, only one of those has a rail. With suppressor and light, it's sometimes used for nightstand.

My 1st Glock was a 23 as well and I still shoot it, it’s 20 or 25 years old, I also have. Glock 27, 43 but most of my others are Sig’s P229, P226, P365, P320……

Mine too. I have an EquinoxDark Elite German frame CPO in 40S&W/357Sig and a Classic Carry Legacy Talo in 9MM..
