The frame is black hard coat anodized. Not Nitron.
Yes. P229 “Selects” do come with Legion controls and brown G10 grips. My P229 Select is different from the norm as it was made specifically as a part of a SCOTUS PD special order. The order called for E2 grips and normal (larger) controls. Build date August 2018They give you the smaller legion controls (which I hate)so I went back to full size!
If you're talking about the roll pins (half-round, one large & one small diameter), SIG says replace at 5K rounds.Oh ok thanks for the education👍🏻
