I'm wonder if anyone has done any milling on hogue G10 grips. I'm looking to lay a miniature Navy seal Trident in a set of grips for my MK25 with a CNC machine. If not G10 then what about wood?

G10 is a composite of epoxy and glass fiber. It is machinable. The glass fiber is pretty hard on cutters so carbide is used for production work. For what you're doing, HSS is probably OK for two cuts.
