So, I have been a died in the wool DA/SA hammer fired guy from the get-go. Having owned just about everything SIG and Beretta make, along with a few others, I never thought I would even own a striker fired gun.
Mid last year I finally succumbed and picked up a P320 and found myself falling in love with it. I was, at the time, typically carrying either my highly modified Beretta PX4 Storm Compact or my P229C.
After getting the 320 I began carrying and shooting it more and more, really getting hooked on the consistent trigger pull and the modularity.
Not long after I picked up an RX model and a Carry .45 to compliment my Carry .357. A member was letting his 9mm Compact go so I got that too along with a few other grip goodies and a .40 barrel. I built a case and now have quite a lot of variability in this platform along with spare parts. I also added Gray Guns triggers to my Carry and RX versions (both curved and straight face triggers).
So now I am actually contemplating getting rid of my remaining DA/SA's (except for that highly modified PX4, I will keep that forever). I am thinking about this total switch to focus on constantly training with a single manual of arms.
Anyhow, just thought I would throw this up here and get you guys thoughts.
