My Legion was born in 2016, but I will see how the barrels and stock slides work on the other and then see how the new RXP slide works on each when it arrives.I picked up a new P229 Legion with a Dec 2021 mfg date. It has a newer style mag catch that doesn't look compatible with the older models (incl. M11-A1), since there's no support plate on the new Legion. Also, they got rid of the sear spring pin on the new models. That function is performed by a new style ejector that has an extra protrusion on it in order for the sear spring to maintain pressure. Otherwise, everything else appears to be the same
