I bought the Vuurwapen Extended Mag Release. Omaha Outdoors sells it for $35
Armory Craft also make one, but it's not often in stock
Yikes. They're incredibly overcharging for their shipping. $10-$13 for a small $35 part? You could fit this thing in a standard mailer and get it out the door for $2.

Replacing the Trigger on a P365 FCU is totally different and more dificult than on a P320 FCU.

I used this video when I did mine.
My rule of thumb when performing Sig mods is to have the video up and loaded and I can follow along with it pausing it as I go.
Take your time and it well go in smoothly for you.

Well, I got my p365. The end of my barrel has a very distinct cut in it.

I removed the barrel, it doesn't seem to go down the side, or the inside. But, im pretty bummed for a gun that's brand new (Manu date is Apr 4, 2021).

S_ _ t did I pay that much. Better pay more attention in the future. I totally agree. I would search and see if someone else sells it.

I would send a email to Sig with Serial # and Purchase Info explaining that it is a brand new never shot P365 and include pictures.
In instances like this pictures do the best
Hard to explain over phone.

I see it going one of a few ways..

1) Sig saying that it will have nothing to do with the guns function...Shoot & Enjoy your P365.
You have a One of a Kind!

2) Sig sends you a replacement Barrel with or without a Fedex label to return your nicked barrel to Sig.

3) Sig send you a Fedex label to return your 365 for service.

I would hope that the solution would be #2 above

Good luck and sorry for the blemish on your new 365..
I would hope that Sig will rectify the issue.
That Barrel obviously slipped by Sig's QC.

Please keep us updated.....

I called Sig this morning and talked to Brenden: blew my expectations away.

After emailing him some pics, he's shipping me a brand new barrel and let me pick out a hat. I'll dispose of the faulty barrel once the new one arrives in a few days.

No hassle or friction at all, he was very quick to make the situation right.

Glad to read that Sig stepped up and did the right thing!
We are all proud of our Sig's and especially proud that Sig's Customer Support and Warranty is among the best.
With fast Turnarounds..

So Sig said to toss the Barrel when the new one comes..Sig doesn't want it back?
