If I don't use an app very much I usually will delete it and just go to their website for the info. There's no reason to keep unused apps that use valuable memory. I've done that with most of my gun apps. I think the only ones I kept on my phone are NRA, AmmoSeek, and Gunbroker.

I keep "Carry Alerts" on my phone and iPad.

I think my only firearm related app is a shot timer.
I keep a shot timer app plus an app from Kahr arms that contains owners' manuals for all their guns and I've converted a link to Handgunlaw.us to an app and keep it in a folder.

I keep "Legal Heat" on my phone and iPad. 50 state carry info with constant updates when you open it in case anything has changed. Great if you travel and want to carry. Just did a recent trip to Maryland and left the gun home.
