I found some Sig nights sights on ebay. The sellers info on the sights say they are low profile . He does have a medium and large aswell. Would the low profile be considered a 5 ?

Not necessarily. It could be referring to he height of the sight. I recently installed Dawson fiber optics front sights on my Sig P320 and they were too tall. The P320 sights sit in an indent cut into the slide so my measurements were off causing me to order a taller sight.

Dawson replaced the tall sight with a lower profile sight (free of charge) and all worked well. I say all of that just to help clarify that "low profile" could relate to height.

I don't know if this will help, but if you can get an answer from the seller on its actual height, it might...
The measurements are from the bottom of the dovetail to the top of the post...
