Filed mine 2/16 and it had been approved 8/16. Selling it now and being a complete PITA to deal with NFA requirements sent the letter to the ATF for removal/disassembly. Took them 3 days to remove it from the registry. So, 6 months for approval and 3 for removal. Seems about right.

All mine are back and approved from the 07/10/2016 submission. Still waiting on a Form 4 silencer from July 2016

My last silencer approval took almost precisely 9 months. Got it back in May.

I have a trust. My last suppresor took 10 months, been waiting on one now since 02/17.
