Businesses do not reflect political bias of the State unless they are in a hurry to fail
Small businesses do not reflect the political bias of the State unless they are in a hurry to fail. Big businesses usually DO reflect political bias, especially if it’s Leftist. So support of 2A small businesses, regardless of where they are located is a good practice; avoiding large businesses that clearly lean Left is also a good practice.

An ammo maker or seller is pro guns, so I will do business with them.

Winchester has a large ammo facility in red part of Illinois.
Long ways from Chicago.
Many blue states are only blue in the metro cities.
I won’t go to the cities, but won’t blame the rest of the state.
Especially gun people in those states.

Target sports always treated me right, and did not gouge when others did.

No you are referring a business that is reflecting the political bias of their customers.
While the customers are not always right, they are the customers.
**** off your customers and kiss your business, big or small, good bye.

Do you check the location of where the business is located before ordering? If I see the business, I'm ordering from is in a deep blue state, I try to not send my money or business that way.

A lot of the deep blue state leaders are anti 2nd amendment. If you agree with that ideology, then that's on you. But don't expect me to support your state's economy with my dollars.

Or am I wrong for thinking like this?
Negative. Vote with your dollars!

I would disagree - at least to the extent that large companies appear to reflect the current “woke” agenda, and that represents a lot less than a majority of your customers. Indeed, what is amazing to me is that large corporations get into politics at all. That is hardly likely to expand their customer base. Although I would agree that the Left is far more vocal about their “displeasure” than the Right.

Take Amazon, probably the best order/distribution system in the country today. But I find them to overall lean too far Left, so I try to avoid them whenever I can. It’s not that I don’t do ANY business with them; it’s that I look for alternatives.

I’ve pretty much settled on SG Ammo for my online needs. They have frequent specials and any order over $200 ships free. Plus, they ship fast and have never made a mistake with my order. I live in Missouri and they don’t tack on sales tax like Natchez and others. Why go anywhere else?

So by not buying from a vendor in a blue state are you not playing right into that state’s hands by potentially putting that vendor a small step closer to going out of business? I think we should be supporting a 2A business who is an oasis in an otherwise barren state.

Yes I agree if anything we should try and support them more. I'm sure if it's any mom and pop shop or even bigger company they are standing up for our 2A rights in enemy territory behind enemy lines.

As many are starting to realize the best way to protect our 2A rights is on the state and local level. The whole "grassroots" approach as the NRA did back in the 90's and Clinton years.

Now when it does come to buying gun hobby stuff. If the choice is between a hobby specific vendor like Midway or Amazon. Unless a HUGE difference in price. I'm buying from the hobby specific vendor like Midway. To help those that help support our 2A rights.

I agree 100%. Don’t feed the enemy…or their anti #2A anti-American nonsense. There are several ammunition manufacturers- I don’t recall names - that made it clear if you voted for Biden, they would not sell you ammunition.

I only check their location to make sure they're in the lower 48 and seem legit. Other than that, I look for the best price for what I want.

I agree with others that said not buying from a vendor because they're in a blue state is only helping to put them out of business and embolden the state.

Not everyone in blue states are anti 2A and they need local resources too.

SGAmmo has been my go to online supplier for years. Great prices, free shipping for orders over $200, and terrific customer service.

2A supporters and suppliers need support regardless of where they are located. I always check the location of an online seller before buying. More out of curiosity and shipping timing than anything. Overall cost is my focus (price, shipping, and tax) if I’m not buying locally. If someone I want to buy from is in a blue state, I won’t hesitate to give them my business.

Im almost certain Target Sports DID NOT elect the people who run the state they’re in. TS gets my business regardless of where they’re located.
Sopeaking of Target Sports. I got several hundred rounds of Win White Box from them and am having some troubles with my P229 that seemed to be due to having installed a Super Strut and skeletonized hammer. But I went back to OEM and am still having issues with failures to fire. Most of the ones that do fire shoot some pretty big flames from the muzzle. Have you heard anything indicating that TS unloads bad ammo.
