Ugh, same pic.
Here's the first target at 5m. The ones above are the 10yds.

And you know that anchor has a lot to do with it! Just kidding. The 226 has always been one of the finest Sigs. Mine was made in W. G. in 1992 and still runs like a champWent to my local range as I hadn't been shooting in a long time. Decided to rent a 9mm and saw they had a 226!!! Even had the anchor on the left side of the slide. Lol
First target is 5yds, second is 10yds.
That is the best I've ever shot at 10yds - and I could have done even better, but I have a flat trigger on my 227 and the SRT.
The long reset really messed me up a couple times attempting double taps.
I think if I did have a 226 or 229 with the flat trigger and SRT, I could shoot the best I've ever shot. 236 was really nice too, shot really soft (9mm, amirite?).
I almost wish I'd brought my 227 Carry to compare side by side, but it was already $80 for 100rds, rental, and the range lane.![]()

The extra weight of that anchor and QR code really keep the weapon balanced and reduces recoil 😉For some reason I've never been able to figure out, I shoot my MK25 better than any other P226 I've ever shot. I'll never get rid of that fine pistol.

If I could only have one or the other, I'd rather have the MK25.Seeing how I shoot the 226 makes me wonder how well I'd shoot the USPs. Can't find anyone around who has one, especially for rental.
One ot the other? If I could one have one GUN I would choose the Mk25.If I could only have one or the other, I'd rather have the MK25.
