It sucks.
well, the belt itself isn’t bad, I mean it’s rigid enough and all that, but the buckle design is enormous. Am I wrong? I got the smallest buckle they offer, but the offset design makes it bulge out more than almost anything I have besides maybe the big cobra buckles we all fell for 10 years ago. I went with Kore because the tennicor zero is out of stock in my size. I received the belt in just a couple days and everything about the experience with the company is good. No complaints about any of that. I just hate this bulging buckle.
Rant over.

I also have been looking at discreet ccw belts lately and kind of realize what you are saying. I have been eyeing the nextbelt wit the newer AIWB buckle which looks really small, almost like a square. Which is smaller than their normal size buckles as well. Belts these days are like holsters, until you find one that works for your body style, we continue to spend money looking for that one that fits the best for us.

I think anything that overlaps both ends of the belt is going to be similar. Unfortunately most belts that reverse direction rather than overlap trade the bulge for loud and annoying Velcro. The tennicor is the only one I’ve seen that addresses both issues and seems like the absolute best option. I knew this and my impatience drove me to a poor decision. I’ll keep the kore but I’m definitely ordering a tennicor as soon as they are back in stock.

I must have a different Kore than you. The buckle on mine is fine.

First time I’ve hear anyone complain about the Kore buckles. I’ve got 4 different ones and they are all small comparatively and easy to use. I do offset my buckets to my left side one belt loop over as I cat AIWB and I don’t like the buckle in the way of the gun-holster.
Yeah I’m not easy to please I know. I’m really looking for the lowest profile possible and I feel like the Kore buckle falls well short.

I thought the same thing when I first got my Kore belt a little over a year ago. It took awhile for me to get used to as the “buckle” does have more width than a traditional belt. With that being said, I’ve got over that one downside as the upsides ( rigidity, micro adjustments, and quality thus far) have far outweighed the minor buckle issue.

Been wearing this belt almost daily with little to no wear showing on it.

That is ridiculous. Contact Alabama Beltman and purchase a proper leather belt, that is as beautiful as it is functional. And you wont look tacticool in the process.
View attachment 513820 Lot all that space is substantial bulge infer the shirt. That pic is with it cinched down tight.

I like the two Kore belts I have. I've been using them for over two year. I guess liking or disliking is subjective.

I have a few Kore belts as well. I've been using them for a couple years now. I like them so much that my other belts are no longer in my rotation. I do wear mine in offset as well for AIWB carry, and I rarely tuck in my shirt unless I am wearing an outer cover garment, in which case I would be carrying OWB.

Another offset belt buckle wearer here. I had a Kore belt and the inside stiffening broke after I wore it about twice. Now Hubby uses it as a dress belt - once or twice a year when he has to get spiffy looking. My belts are old fashioned leather with real brass buckles. The belts are on the thick side and the buckles DO stick out, but wearing them offside works great because that bulge balances the bulge of the small gun (P238) in the pancake holster on my other side.

Aren't choices wonderful?
