What is the difference between Extractor - 1 and 1200459-R extractor?

Labeling... Sig Sauer P220 External Extractor - New Style - Top Gun Supply It's the general replacement for all 3 of the Classic model Short Extractors.

It's just that Sig got into this "descriptive" part identification/number Habit, which in some cases is easier to remember, than a 7 digit number.

It's similar to originally their part numbers used to start with a 342 sequence, back when most parts weren't MIM. In the case of Extractors, there was a separate one for each case head diameter, but when they transitioned to MIM parts, found they could use one version, for at the time 3 case head diameters. This MIM changeover, was about the time when Sig started the 120 sequence part numbers. Then the descriptive designation, which at times seems to have faded away... but then again, maybe not!
