No option to buy the M17/18 FCU from Sig. Sometimes you will see them come up for sale in the classified section of this site, or GB. You can buy the standard or CW FCU and send it out to add the manual safety. You might also find someone that would want to trade with you. Finally you could also buy a P320 model with MS, pull the FCU for your project and sell the rest for parts to offset the difference.

I used the FCU from this Massachusetts compliant model that comes with manual safety. It works out to be $200 more than a custom works FCU so not too bad. You can either keep the slide and mags as spares, or sell to offset the difference.

SigSauer parts.com sometimes has them. They take them off new guns and sell as parts. They don't keep them in stock all the time, though. If you don't mind waiting it is a good option.
