Compensator on DA/SA?

I’m wondering if anyone is running a comp on their p228 229 m11-a1?

I have an m11. Since it hasn’t sold locally, I’m contemplating throwing a comp on it.

It’s not a carry piece. So anything I do would be for pleasure.

That's a lot of "work" for pleasure, as you would need a longer threaded barrel, then the compensator itself. An easier solution, might be a longer "ported" Barrel, eliminating the compensator itself, and it's alignment.

I believe armory craft might sell a combo of barrel and comp together. Could be worth checking into. Make sure you get the correct barrel. I think that one is a 229-1 barrel
