California Compliant???

1040 Views 8 Replies 9 Participants Last post by  ShooterGranny
I have been seeing some 200 Series Sigs offered for sale that show as "California compliant".

Is the only difference in these pistols from non-Cal compliant ones the 10 round mags?

I never buy California compliant firearms ever….
Don't buy it.
But, but --- SIG discontinued all models of the P238 except the CA compliant one. What is a body to do if he/she really wants a NIB P238?

There are a lot of the older models on gunbroker but many are used and who knows what Bubba might have done to them? The ones are supposedly NIB are priced many hundreds of dollars above the original manufacturer's suggested retail.

OK -- that is just one example, but it happens to be a gun that a lot of women have wanted to buy after shooting it one time.
