Brought home a P320 AXG Equinox

I brought this one home a couple of days ago - very much an impulse buy.

When the AXG Scorpion was out there I admit I was intrigued by a steel frame P320. I didn’t want another FDE pistol however - with a commercial M17 and M18 in the safe - I’m good on brown!

Many moons ago I had a P229 .40 Equinox - a pistol I regret letting go. I love the way this model came together - so it’s checking a lot of boxes for me - and I’ll be taking it for a test run tomorrow afternoon to see how it performs!

Took it out today for an extended shoot. My focus for the day was 100yd zero some precision rifles - but had plenty of time to take the Equinox for a run.

I’m extremely pleased - actually more than I thought I would be. It was an impulse buy - but a relatively informed one. I’m not over given to any particular brand, and honestly this outshoots a fair number of more expensive counterparts. She’s a keeper!

Congrats on your great find. I like the trigger. I have not yet shot my new AXG Classic, so I'll spend some time with its curved trigger to see if I like it. If not, I'll be switching to flat.

I’ve loved the sig flat triggers since I bought my x-compact a few years ago, and this is that but a good bit better.

The classic is a looker. Enjoy!
