As I shop for guns, I am overwhelmed by the number of websites/auction sites, on line stores etc.....

So first off--what sites need to be avoided or have poor service/reputation etc.? i.e. Just stay away from.

What are good the professional, reputable sites to shop for handguns (mostly Sigs of course)?

Other methods of shopping???

Overwhelmed.

I have bought over 15 guns from Gunbroker with NO problems of any kind.

I look at Armslist quite a bit, but every time I post an ad on there.....I get a million jokers who want to trade me a rusty snowmobile and an empty keg of beer for my pistols!

If you search a model on slickguns it will usually give you a list of online retailers, stock and price. I have no experience with the auction sites other than browsing.

Sites I use:

Impactguns.com

Budsgunshop.com

Aimsurplus.com

Gunbroker.com

I tend to browse guns at Impact, and buy them at Buds (unless Impact doesn't have what I'm looking for, of course).
Impact is just so much prettier

So, which of these "Best Way to Shop/Search Online" posts is the real one? I'm getting confused.
