my staccato p is the nighstand gun. i'd use something you can put a light on, and see if you can take a low light class to practice with it

Guns are like parachutes. As long as they do their job, I can live with not getting them back. I assume I will ge them back, but if not, I will move on. No experience like yours but my instructors remind me of this all the time. And they said if it does return, chances are the weapon is going to banged up badly.That's some nice guns for bedside...
