I have two 320s. The back of the slide of one has a little side to movement,
the other is tight. The loose one has about 500 rounds through it with no problems but not sure if it would do something to accuracy, or cause problems later. Was wondering if other 320s are also loose. Again, it is only at the very rear of the slide.

it loosened up with firing, nothing to be worried about.

Nothing to worry about. Allways grease the slide good and you will be fine for many years of fun.
