Drill a hole in it and tie it on. Sig doesn't make an "AR-10" we would need to know what model you have, they tend to be a proprietary part with not many choices available, rigging up what you have may be the route to go.

SIG does not make an AR-10, Armalite makes the AR-10. SIG makes an AR-308 which is different in name and some proprietary features that are not compatible with an AR-10. Also there is no SIG 716-1, there is only the Short Stroke Piston ¹SIG716 and its sub models, the Short Stroke Piston ²716G2 and it's sub models, and finally the DI ³716I and its sub models. Though all charging handles will work amongst all SIG716 7.62x51NATO guns, they will not work in other AR-308 or AR-10 platforms has this item is proprietary to the SIG716 family of weapons. Call SIG or order and Ambidextrous Charging handle directly through them or find one from either of the other two vendors that sell them.
Good luck.

Order a new rail for your AR-10 and see if it fits your Sig.............

I want to also say, there is nothing wrong with the stock charging handle, it is just like the standard M16 charging handle and can be actuated easy with no issues.
