Any shoulder holster options for P226 with optics?

I am looking to occasionally carry my P226 with Romeo Pro1. Would prefer a leather shoulder holster. Pics welcome

Good luck with that . . . I hope you get a helpful response, as I'd like to do the same with my Miami Classic and P229 with Holosun. If I can't find something good, my current holster could be modified with a yoke and spacer (two straps coming down on each side of the holosun instead of the existing single strap.

Perhaps the problem is hinted at in the geometry of the current holsters with one strap near the muzzle and one near the rear, about where the optic would go. They can't move that strap forward as the gun would be butt heavy, so the only option that I think would work is some sort of yoke as described, as that'll maintain the current fore and aft balance.

You are right, seems there is not much available for this use case. I messaged some vendors on Etsy, let’s see if its doable.
I suggest you try Adamsholsters.com. I have used and abused his products and they keep working well. He will adjust, customize as needed for your needs. His appendix holster can conceal a full size 1911 comfortably, I know I did not believe it till I tried it. His warranties are excellent and he truly does believe in customer satisfaction. Be Safe.
