P225 X5 XPRESS... That's a different model I have never heard of.

If it’s a standard Sig dovetail just standard adjustable sights will do the job.

Should be P226 X5 Express, which is the same as the Entry.
In Europe, it's named the Express. For the US market, it's called the Entry.
