Just picked up my W German P226 with E2 grips - love it but got some rosewood grips to dress it up. The grips don't come with screws - am I going to need regular 226 grip screws or something longer? Just want to double check because I thought I read someone recommended other screws in this situation. Thanks for the help.

P239 Grip Svrews Are Longer

You will either need standard screws for a P228 or the longer screws for a P239. The wooden grips sometimes carry longer screws I think so I would buy four of both. I like the Hogue rubber grips because the rubber is grippie. I think the slick wood is slippery especially when wet with oil or water.
