a couple of months ago my Nephew gave me his S&W M&P .40 holster, why I don't know. I've spent the last two months looking for a decent holster for my 320rx after buying 3 holsters, including one from Sig. Out of frustration I ripped out the piece of plastic that was blocking it from fitting, and a screw at the rear of the Holster, with no other "adjustments" the 320 fit right in ....AND LOCKED !. My only issue is I wanted an IWB. the Holster being ......Safariland 578GLS Pro-Fit holster with paddle, I hope this may be of interest to someone that is in procession of both.......oh,....mine is a compact
