I just bought a 9mm Carry and found a compact module for a good price but now I can't find 15 Rd magazines for it. I see tons of 10 Rd.. Do they fit the compact frame and just don't hold as many rounds? I'm confused.

Yes, those will fit. Those are for restricted states, like CA and others.
