  1. Gun Projects
Decided to buy a new pistol for edc earlier this year and ended up buying the sig P365 pack online in Feb. I know some people hate the two-tone look of the black slide and coyote tan grip module, but I kind of liked it. But I saw a couple weeks ago that Sig still had standard P365 slides in...
  2. P365
Got this P365 slide from Live Free Armory, and the color is worn off of the contact points after 50 rounds or so. Should this happen this quickly?

Was windering if anyone knows how to shine my 320 slide , don’t want mirror finish or strip to down just want to add a slight sheen to part of the matte black slide to give it a two tone look of shiny nitride and matte, still want to keep the same finish. Any ideas will help , thanks
  4. P250, P320, & P320 X-5 Pistols
Recently purchased a P320 compact chambered in .45acp. I was trying to locate a full size slide and barrel to purchase and cannot seem to find anything available anywhere. The sig website has a stainless steel slide available, but was looking for black. Or a kit with the slide and barrel...
  5. SIG Sauer Pistols
I bought a police surplus SP2340 in .357 a few months ago. I read how easy it is to buy a .40 barrel and change it out. While looking for a barrel online I ran across a whole factory .40 SP2340 slide for about the same price so I bought it. I talked to a local gunsmith and he said it would have...
  6. P365
So.. being in California these guns cost more then should be allowed. Finding one is hard enough.. they are sold in minutes of posting. So I found a 365. that's a start. I wanted a 365xl. I have a 507k pending.. so.. I would like to keep the 365 if I decide to carry but would like the xl...
  7. P250, P320, & P320 X-5 Pistols
Hi folks: Brought the kids to the range today with the P320 compact 45ACP....got through 2 mags and son had 2 light strikes...then noticed it wasn't going into full battery. He showed it to me and this is what we found. We tried to "unscrew" the guide rod and spring to remove the rod from...
  8. P250, P320, & P320 X-5 Pistols
I live in California. I bought a used P320C 9mm, clean, with about 15,000 to 20,000 rounds having been put through it. I shot it for the first time at the indoor range. Multiple times it jammed, because the spent shell didn't eject. (All new Blazer Brass.) The RSO inspected it and said the...
  9. P250, P320, & P320 X-5 Pistols
I have a P320 compact size grip and slide. Q: if I buy a P320 full size grip, will it fit a compact size slide? I can’t find the dimensions on Sig’s website or anywhere else. Thanks.
  10. P365
So I purchased a new P365 a few days ago with a manufacture date of June 8th 2018, haven't gotten a chance to take it out and shoot it but when I went to clean the factory lube/grease off the gun I saw what looks to be two small nicks near the end on each side of of the underside of the slide...
  11. SIG Sauer Pistols
Greetings I was looking at a video on youtube, particularly this one: And he mentions that his slide to be an "E2 style upper", now I wanted to confirm if this is proper nomenclature for slides that have the long extractor, thus having an extractor roll pin up top and the firing pin retention...
  12. SIG 1911 Pistols
Greetings, I seek your help. Last month Santa brought me a brand new SIG Match Elite Stainless 1911 in 9mm for Christmas. I took it to the range today and loaded the two factory magazines that came with the gun. I used new (not reloaded) Federal 115 FMJ ammo. I lubricated the gun with Remington...
  13. P250, P320, & P320 X-5 Pistols
I had an odd experience today, with a blown case. It stuck in the chamber (ruptured as the head about 1/3 of total circumference. No casualties, thank goodness. The slide cycled and the ejector on the frame was popped almost completely out of the slide. I'll learn to disassemble the slide now...
  14. SIG Sauer Pistols
Just a heads up and FYI...no affiliation........ If you have a broken slide and still have your gun there is a replacement Firefly slide on ebay. Firefly/Mosquito..same same. I bought one already.:D Cheaper than trying to have Sig fix it IMO.. get while it's still available. I...
  15. P238, P938 Pistol
I recently purchased but have not received a P238 Equinox with the ambidextrous safety. One of the features I was attracted to was its ability to rack the slide with safety on and round in chamber. Essentially when in Condition 1. But I've heard the SIG removed this ability and that the latest...
  16. SIG Sauer Pistols
Hi there, I'm very upset today when I took my brand new Sig P226 MK25 to the range to find out this problem: after the last shot in the magazine, the gun won't pop open and lock back most of the times. I thought that might be my grip somehow caused it first, so I asked the range guy to try to...
  17. SIG 1911 Pistols
Good morning everyting. I live in Italy and sorry for my rusty english! I have bought a new SigSauer 1911 Traditional Dual Tone 45ACP. After about 200 rounds i have a problem. After the last round in the magazine the gun don't remain open. I find a video on youtube that explain my problem. If...
  18. P250, P320, & P320 X-5 Pistols
Anyone know if they will be selling the slide that the RX will have? I am interested in optics for my P320C. I haven't been able to find any information on this online at all! Thanks!
  19. P250, P320, & P320 X-5 Pistols
Sorry if this has been covered. I did search and didn't find my answer (may have missed it though)...I just picked up the 9mm version, and upon looking at Sig's website, it appears I would not need a new grip to convert to a .40 as the new grips listed on their site are for all three; 9mm, .40...
  20. SIG Sauer Pistols
I have a new P229 9mm Enhanced Elite that I was hoping my wife would also be able to shoot, but so far she just cannot rack the slide. She simply is not that strong. As I only have 100 rounds through it I am hoping that it she will be able to when it is broken in, but that may not be in the...
