Anyone used ETS mags for the P320? I've heard mixed things about these.

If I use a Mec-Gar 20 round mag, or a Sig 20 round mag for the 226, can I also add a base pad extension and get +3 more for a total of 23? Or the base pad won't be compatible with the 20 round mags for the 226?
