Is there a difference, other than the coating, between a standard FCU of a P320 or P365 and a Custom Works FCU?

Does anybody have a code or know where to find the code to mill a P320 or P365 FCU? We were discussing today and was told that anyone with an FCU and a bit of knowledge could probably develop the code, since it's such a small piece of metal.
