Some of use feel a new handgun deserve a quality ammo . Not 115gr slow poke ammo . Maybe the extractor is peeling a bit of the aluminum off the "brass " and build up in the extractor area is causing an issues . Maybe its the low powered blaser aluminum . Clean your chamber and extractor and run 50 to 100 rounds of proper 124gr +P thru it to and see if its 199% reliable . Then a good brass 124gr Remember the 9mm use's the same recoil assembly as a 357sig and 40 sw . I run a 40sw 155gr load that manages to exceed 1300fps
After 300 or 400 rounds you may find your 9mm p320 will run fine on what ever pass's a Plunk Test . Google it if you don't know what that is .
You may find your wife could use a small circumference grip for her to have better control . Same circumference as the SC just longer . Never assume all handguns are equal in the ammo they function reliably with . I have had ammo that would chamber in a m&p 40sw but not my tp40 kahr or a cartridge gage block
But a box of Nytrile gloves , there cheap . Good for keep hand clean while shooting or cleaning and aid in grip control greatly .
