OK. I found these at Home Depot:https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-3-8-in-Self-Adhesive-Felt-Pads-150-per-Pack-49884/203661111. The ones I bought in the store came in a 75-pack for about $3.00.
I put one right below the trigger guard, so it would be aligned with the pressure switch. IT works like a champ now! No excessive pressure needed, and on immediately when I draw. It doesn't seem like it will interfere at all with any operation or grip. I'll test it at the range this weekend, but I dry fire with it without any problems.
So...if you need just one or two, send me a self-addressed stamped envelope, I have about 74 more felt pads...
