      I like Slide Glide grease but am almost out and am going to purchase Lucas Marine grease at Home Depot/Lowes when that is gone to use.
      
      Lucas Oil 14.5 oz. Marine Grease-10320 - The Home Depot
      
      IMO the photos from GG etc, are a bit too liberal on the grease. I don't want it squirting me in the face when I rack the slide. I put on light coat of grease using Q-Tips or small brushes used by plumbers and that has worked well for me.

      I bought a tube (it's like 1/100th per oz the cost of "Gun" grease and is exactly the same stuff) and a pair of cheap syringes. Will last the rest of my life...and the life of my kids!

      I have seen this, but was not sure of the operational temperature ranges that are recommended for this product. From what I know this is a Heavy Duty grease that may not be what your wanting on a EDC weapon, just saying.
