As for the magazines, The 10 round mag wil not fit the P365XL module but any 12 round mag will fit if you install a flat mag base late. MGW and Sig have them on their sites.

There’s an adapter to put 10 round mags into the XL frame.

I put the flat on my P365. I liked it enough not to change back.

I recently bought several 12-round Sig-branded magazines thru Proven Outfitters & Osage County Guns - they ALL came with both floorplates, so will work with the P365 or the P365xl.
Osage had the best price at $39.95 ea. (BTW: Excellent service from them - 4 days between order and receipt.)

Incorrect. A 2-piece extension and floorplate is used with the 12rd magazine to fit a P365. A one piece floorplate is used with the 12rd magazine to fit a P365XL. The floorplates are physically different and are NOT directly interchangeable.

The retail package for the P365-P365XL magazine comes with the 2-piece extension and floorplate for the 12 rd magazine to to fit the P365 AND also includes a seperate one piece flooplate to make the 12 rd magazine fit the P365XL.

It is possible to cut the back of the P365 floorplate so that it will fit into the P365XL magazine well. HOWEVER, the retention to the bottom of the magazine is not as good and I would NOT advise modifying the floorplate that way

You will need to buy this floorplate to convert a 12rd magazine from your P365 Tac Pac to fit the XL grip module: 12 RD P365X and P365XL FLUSH FIT FLOOR PLATE

You can NEVER have too many magazines! I won't say how many magazines I have, but it's more than the 3 that came with my Tac Pac. Extra magazines allow you to keep defensive rounds loaded while you use the extra magazines when you go target shooting with FMJ ammunition.

I can't find these in stock anywhere at the moment. Perhaps, you see them or have some that came with some 12 round mags that you don't need.

I need the baseplates (flush fit) that will allow the 12 round mags to work in the XL grip module. I'm switching to that frame from the normal grip.

They have been called Baseplates, Floorplates and probably some other things too.
I never can keep them straight. LOL

Maybe it's a name that we made up..

Who knows..as long as we all know what is meant.

The standard 10 round magazine will not work in the XL. If you have 12 round extended magazine for the standard P365, those can be changed to work in the P365XL, or X. You need to change out the mag base floor plate. You can purchase them from Sig.
